P.A.V.E is Corresponding Communities community initiative which is based around building and uniting communities to become the best they can be. We recognise this can not be done in isolation and see the community playing a major part in what we do and how we do it. one of our provisions which is currently in progress is Inspire Children. Inspire Children was developed from this principle and offers affordable childcare for the Community and beyond. This provision was awarded by the Northern Enterprise as 'Most Caring Parent and Child Support Organisation - South Yorkshire' . We are grateful to have received this award and aim for this to set the tone of all provisions developed by Lets Inspire

To a large extent, we are an organisation with a given purpose through the commitment and enthusiasm of its partners. We pride ourselves on developing sustainable and productive partnerships with organisations and individuals locally, nationally and internationally. We believe that working in unity provides the support and skills required from joint working to improve lives.

We recognise from time to time people can be over whelmed with information or need someone to speak to, to put things into clear perspective. Our advice line, email service is set up to offer the advice and support that you need. The benefit you have here is that our services are not limited, we are able to assist you or sign post you to the best services available.

From our simple beginnings to our present-day structure. The basic principles of Lets Inspire have been enthusiastically embraced by each and every one of our deeply committed volunteers and people we serve. We admire the strength and commitment they offer in assisting us to shape how we deliver our service. ENGAGEMENT-COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT:
Our mission will always be to focus on children, young people, adults and families who require support. We are committed to creatively engaging all regardless of sexual orientation, race, belief, culture, gender, age, disability and ethnicity.
We aim to encourage positive progress and engage with those that are deemed as hard to reach. Having the benefit of a multi-disciplinary team who are reflective of the diverse community we all live. We celebrate difference and can appreciate the community support needed.
Our Community engagement is just that, for the community. We welcome people from the community joining us and offering their support by way of becoming a board adviser, volunteering or just taking part in our community activities. We also periodically consult with the community to ensure we deliver what’s been requested. Our community Initiatives that can be designed and tailored to meet the needs of the community and challenge the issues that hinder progressive change. We are able to serve the community as required, which in turn improves engagement, provides an equal opportunity to achieve and sets the foundation for change.
